I've had a few of the Turbos. Time will tell if the Commercial holds up better, but there are several features I like about the Commercial, over the Turbo. On the Commercial:
- The dust bin / collector is a better design
- Came with 2 types of roller brushes, one is an easy-clean pet hair one
- The rechargeable battery is removable for charging, which is a feature I really like. Or you can leave it in and charge it. I have a kitten and small AC adapter cords are something she loves to mess with and chew on. So the fact I can take the battery out and charge it on a counter is great.
- I use this at least once a day in several areas of the house and only have to charge it maybe once 2-3 weeks.
So far I really like this Commercial over the Turbo. The one thing I would change is to make the handle lockable at the base of the unit. That way you could do stairs with it.

Also nice is the second brush for cleaning pet hair that also has a self cleaning feature. It is simple to operate and the dirt ben is large, and easy to access and clean. The storage feature is effective and appreciated but might have been designed with longer hooks to ease placing and removing the sweeper from it’s nest. I would recommend this item.

I use this vacuum to spot check a 30,000 sq ft call floor. I have had over 5 of these and here is my review.
Pros: The vacuum is quiet and can be operated around people with ease. It picks up really well but it will stop picking up as well when the internal dust catcher gets full. (All you have to do is empty it and keep going. You will know when it's time because it will drop out dust and stop picking up). The vacuum is versitle and light weight. The vacuum will operate for over 40 minutes for me.
Cons: This little yellow thing that holds the brush in place will break and you will have to call and get a new brush. It's best to just use the pet brush that comes with it and make sure to keep the hair cleaned out. The battery has a tendency to melt itself at the connector but again, they will replace that too.
I have not had any issues with a handle. Sometimes it might just need tightened.

Ok, let’s be clear: If you use carefully and are not abusive, these will last you a couple of years before they wear out. For home use, they could possibly last a lot longer, unless your kids are playing with them. I worked in a VERY large restaurant, and we cleaned the entire place twice a day with these and almost never had to use actual vacuum cleaners, they worked so well. The only weakness is in the arm itself. It WILL break, so quit yanking it around. The primary weakness is just below the circular grip at the top. Once it breaks, you can still use it, its just less convenient since the arm is now a lot shorter. Also, please clean the trash out after each use, or it will get gunked up. Even then, though, it’s not hard to wash out in the sink. The beater bar is quite simple to remove and clean, but be careful putting it back in, or the plastic locking mechanism will break. I know I’m making it sound like this is a fragile machine, and it’s NOT. I’m just saying that if you’re using it constantly, and it’s being operated by busboys who don’t care, it has these weaknesses and won’t last forever.

Originally purchased this item because it was a commerical "grade" compared to it's small sister Bissell. However, after less than one month of usage, it stopping working and made a loud squelling noice. Amazon was nice enough to send out a replacement, but that one didn't even last 3 weeks. Needless to say, I'm going back to the smaller, more dependable, Bissell that had lasted for almost a year at half the price. If you want something for commerical use, don't buy this one.

SO FAR SO GOOD. WELL MADE, DOES AS ADVERTISED. ONE DRAW BACK IS IT DOES NOT SWIVEL, WHICH MAKES IT A LITTLE AWKWARD TO USE. ALSO, IT DOES NOT HAVE PARTS ON THE SIDE, LIKE THEIR CHEAPER VERSION. , WHICH KICKS DIRT AWAY FROM BASE BOARDS. WILL WAIT AND SEE HOW IT HOLDS UP.

I use this vacuum to spot check a 30,000 sq ft call floor. I have had over 5 of these and here is my review.
Pros: The vacuum is quiet and can be operated around people with ease. It picks up really well but it will stop picking up as well when the internal dust catcher gets full. (All you have to do is empty it and keep going. You will know when it's time because it will drop out dust and stop picking up). The vacuum is versitle and light weight. The vacuum will operate for over 40 minutes for me.
Cons: This little yellow thing that holds the brush in place will break and you will have to call and get a new brush. It's best to just use the pet brush that comes with it and make sure to keep the hair cleaned out. The battery has a tendency to melt itself at the connector but again, they will replace that too.
I have not had any issues with a handle. Sometimes it might just need tightened.
That's it. It's a lifesaver!

After returning the broken sweeper, which was though in very good and pristine condition I received a exchange model.
The Customer service was very friendly and courteous.
The exchange sweeper was not a new model and didn't work right to begin with.
The roller rattles and the dirt would fall out and not being vacuumed away.
I definitely would not recommend buying this model and it is not a Bissell standard quality.

It clogged easily.. not recommend if you have animals and the brush is nearly impossible to clean. Hair gets wrapped around where the cleaning brush attaches to the unit and it can't be cleaned out causing the plastic piece holding the brush in place to break. Now the brush has nothing to keep it from slipping off during operation. Way to much money for this in my opinion.

Love this little cleaner! It's perfect on our low-pile office carpet, and easily flows to the sold surfaces as well. Charge holds for a good while. Lightweight and easy to use.

It’s lightweight and looks nice but it runs like it’s losing power all the time. No matter if it’s fully charged or not. It doesn’t suck up very well. I bought this for our restaurant. We have used the non commercial Bissell in the past and it has been amazing so I figured this one being the “commercial” model would make it even better. Not at all! The $40 model is far far better.

I've had a few of the Turbos. Time will tell if the Commercial holds up better, but there are several features I like about the Commercial, over the Turbo. On the Commercial:
- The dust bin / collector is a better design
- Came with 2 types of roller brushes, one is an easy-clean pet hair one
- The rechargeable battery is removable for charging, which is a feature I really like. Or you can leave it in and charge it. I have a kitten and small AC adapter cords are something she loves to mess with and chew on. So the fact I can take the battery out and charge it on a counter is great.
- I use this at least once a day in several areas of the house and only have to charge it maybe once 2-3 weeks.
So far I really like this Commercial over the Turbo. The one thing I would change is to make the handle lockable at the base of the unit. That way you could do stairs with it.

Didn't last 2 months. Does pick up well, but poorly made. Handle broke within the 1st month (had to order a new one), roller brush broke after 3 months. Can't find anywhere online for warranty support. Pretty expensive for something that will not last, and I would definitely not rate it for commercial use.

Ok, let’s be clear: If you use carefully and are not abusive, these will last you a couple of years before they wear out. For home use, they could possibly last a lot longer, unless your kids are playing with them. I worked in a VERY large restaurant, and we cleaned the entire place twice a day with these and almost never had to use actual vacuum cleaners, they worked so well. The only weakness is in the arm itself. It WILL break, so quit yanking it around. The primary weakness is just below the circular grip at the top. Once it breaks, you can still use it, its just less convenient since the arm is now a lot shorter. Also, please clean the trash out after each use, or it will get gunked up. Even then, though, it’s not hard to wash out in the sink. The beater bar is quite simple to remove and clean, but be careful putting it back in, or the plastic locking mechanism will break. I know I’m making it sound like this is a fragile machine, and it’s NOT. I’m just saying that if you’re using it constantly, and it’s being operated by busboys who don’t care, it has these weaknesses and won’t last forever.

The fact that it is powered by a very long life rechargeable battery is key to its advantage and benefit to the user. Also nice is the second brush for cleaning pet hair that also has a self cleaning feature. It is simple to operate and the dirt ben is large, and easy to access and clean. The storage feature is effective and appreciated but might have been designed with longer hooks to ease placing and removing the sweeper from it’s nest. I would recommend this item.
